Poker770, online poker site, is still illegal
Poker770 is one of the online poker rooms which have reigned as a “master of poker” on the French web for many years. Indeed, since online poker is on the net, the poker has known a real boom, Poker770 has placed his parts on the French by flooding the net with his own web sites to reference its brands namely by Poker770 Casino770 and even offered key sites access to members so they can work referencing and therefore increase the ranking of the room and casino on online search engines including Google. But who is hidden behind this structure located between London Tel Aviv Gibraltar and Malta? Although even if it is difficult to say something about it, if Poker770 has applied for an online poker license with the Arjel, it is not under the name of Poker770 but under Netbet (not to be confused with Betnet which is entirely legal ed.)
While everything was great in the poker world for Poker770 which evolved illegally (like many rooms legal today but they asked for a licence) here these is that France is more severe and ask everyone to get a licence through the ARJEL to be able to practise the activity in France. Yes but now the structure of Poker770 and Casino 770 is not as clear as spring water and they have to face to the ARJEL. Indeed, the Arjel is very strict about transparency that is lacking in the room which has often held the top room tables in France. But Poker770 thought that by swapping Poker770 to Netbet, things would be easier. Nay. The Arjel has refused to give the licence on several occasions, requests for licenses from Netbet so that it shows white paw and folds to its specifications. The problem is that although Casino770 closed its online casino site to comply with the demands of Arjel, Casino770 continued to work in “submarine”. Indeed, the Casino770 has developed in the rush a white label casino that even players with an account on Casino770 could register with their ID in this casino.
So NetBet would play the game in accordance with the demands of the Arjel to say who is behind the group? Some time, rumours were running the group Partouche pulling the strings of Poker770 and Casino 770. Group Partouche asserted having lent its name and had only signed partnership with this group. French justice had put his nose into this matter and had finally relaxed Patrick Partouche. Poker770 continues to play on the ambiguity of its relationship with the Partouche group is in trouble to get the license poker. While the big names in online poker have all received their license, only Poker770 and Titan are missing at the list. Both rooms have worked for many years in the world of French online poker but have not yet obtained their license. So is the license poker line Netbet (alias Poker770) imminent or is it just a fantasy? We’ll know in a few weeks if Poker770, will be in the list of online poker rooms!
